Fiery and tropical twist on the Pornstar Martini. Gentle acidity and tropical notes contributed by Passion Fruit blended with good quality tequila and chili is a symphony of flavour.
Ingredients
- 35ml Tequila
- 15ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 50ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Purée
- 50ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
- 1/4 fresh green chilli pepper
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe.
2. Garnish with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns, or passion fruit, or dehydrated lemon. Optionally, you could also add salt to the rim.
