One of the fastest growing cocktails in the UK! Fresh and earthy agave spirit, mixed with lime and sugar. Quick and delicious to make and the perfect way to showcase tequila on your cocktail menus!
Ingredients
- 35ml Tequila
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Triple Sec Liqueur
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Agave Syrup
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Shake over ice and serve into a coupe glass which has a rim of salt or sugar applied to it already (see our PRO TIP).
2. Serve garnished with a wheel of lime.
PRO TIP: Add a rim of salt or sugar (perfectly suited for a sweet tooth) to the rim of the glass. You can also experiment with different salt variants such as chilli salt.
1. Take a small lime wedge and run along the rim of your glass.
2. Dip the rim of your glass into a saucer filled with salt until the entire rim is covered.
