Hot, earthy, sour and delicious. A twist on a Margarita which is taking off MASSIVELY in the American on-trade and already starting to reach the mainstream bars in the UK.
Ingredients
- 35ml Tequila
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Agave Syrup
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- 1/2 Fresh green chili pepper (with seeds)
- Pinch of celery salt
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Shake and serve.
2. Serve garnished with a rim of spiced celery salt applied to the rim and a wedge of lime. Optionally, choose Funkin Cocktails Dehydrated Citrus Wheel.
