When the sun is shining, a mango cocktail is your best friend, and nothing beats a Mango Daiquiri! This refreshing drink is packed full of the tropical flavour of mango and lime - a match made in heaven. Mixing this sweet treat up at home is really easy, simply whizz the ingredients together and you’ll be out by the (paddling) pool in no time. Want to add even more of a tropical twist? Try making this fruity serve with coconut rum.
Ingredients
- 50ml White rum 15ml Funkin Cocktails Sugar syrup 25ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lime 50ml Funkin Cocktails Mango Puree
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- 1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice 2. Shake until ice cold 3. Pour straight into a margarita glass (or strain for an ice-free finish) Fancy a frozen Daiquiri? Simply freeze your mango puree in an ice cube tray and blitz the ingredients together in a blender - mmm the perfect summer serve.
