Tall and gorgeous rum cocktail, with a cutting sharpness of lime and aromatic mint flavours.
Ingredients
- 50ml White or Gold rum
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
- 6-10 mint leaves
- Splash of soda
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
2. Top with soda and more crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint.
TOP TIP: Don’t muddle the mint, keep the leaves intact but gently slap them to release aromas. Muddling will result in a murky mojito with bitter flavour notes.
