Saturday 22nd Feb was a brilliant day for a few reasons. It was actress Dame Julie Walters birthday, marked 390 years since the Native American Indians introduced the pilgrims to popcorn on thanksgiving, and, most importantly was National Margarita Day.
Historically, the Margarita became popular during prohibition, with US residents heading south over the border to Mexico for their fix of alcohol. With our Funkin classic Margarita consisting of 35ml Tequila, 15ml Cointreau, 20ml Funkin Pro Pure Pour Lime, and 10ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane Syrup.
