Another example of Dick Bradsell’s genius - Espresso Martini. Robust coffee, mixed with vanilla vodka and a drop of sugar. Shaken for the perfect mouthfeel.

Ingredients

35ml Vanilla vodka
15ml Kahlua (or similar)
25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
50ml Espresso

PURÉE & SYRUP
COCKTAIL MIXER

Method:

1. Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe glass.
