April's Funkin Trade Loyalty Newsletter looked at our Innovation Champion Shaun Hall's bar, Vice & Co's, new Light Night menu launch. This month, we have visited three of London's top bars; Artesian Bar, Callooh Callay, and Cocktail Trading Company.
Artesian's new minimalist menu is as fun to play with as it is impressive. Leading from simple to complex cocktails, each serve only involves two ingredients.

Based in Hackney, East London, Callooh Callay have rolled back the years with their new retro 'Cocktail Bar Manual'. The manual is a showcase of the major learnings at Callooh over the last 10 years of operation.

Whilst this may not officially be a new menu, we were so excited by the announcement that CTC will soon be opening a new site in Soho that we thought we would head to the Shoreditch venue for a teaser.
